The Board
of Dictators would like to extend its congratulations to all essential
members of L.I.B.R.A. Corporation at this time. It has been ten
years since the outbreak of the mutated airborne Ebola Z736 virus
which decimated 85% of the world's population. Through our initial
militant founding - which was possible due to the foresight of
those who did not trust the government forces in this country,
who armed, supplied and fortified themselves in secure, remote
locations - L.I.B.R.A.
Corp. came together in the aftermath of the outbreak to restore
order. From the ruins of modern civilization we rose and took
control where there was chaos, imposed law where there was lawlessness,
and brought security and safety where there was only violence
and suffering.
In the
years that followed, as survivors were located and brought into
our compounds, we reorganized to impose a guiding hand on the
citizens of New Hope Earth, sending contingencies to all the countries
of the world, establishing bases of control and offering a beacon
of hope to the world by reclaiming those lands from the reanimated
dead. And now ten years on, gone are the days of warring countries
and opposing governments, everyone is united beneath the umbrella
of L.I.B.R.A. Corp.
Whilst
at times our rule has seemed firm, it was necessary to ensure
the future of humanity. Nationalistic revolts and uprisings about
individual human rights had to be ruthlessly quelled, as we are
no longer a planet of individuals but a species working to ensure
our overall survival. Such things as individualism and nationalism
have no place in a unified society. And in this vision, L.I.B.R.A.
Corp. has succeeded. Abhorring violence as a solution, we are
always seeking new innovations to impose stability. As an example,
the reassignment of insurgents to the Z-Lands where the reanimated
dead are not controlled has brought our influence to a new high.
As our
ten year anniversary is being celebrated around New Hope Earth,
we wish to take this opportunity to thank all essential members
for their tireless efforts in ensuring L.I.B.R.A. Corp. remains
the guiding light for humanity in these dark times. The principles
of Justice and Equality through Unity remain our cornerstones,
and whilst we can celebrate the growth and wealth that we enjoy,
we should never forget the sacrifices it has taken to get us here.
As a parent who knows best must impose rule, order and even punishment
on their child regardless of what the child thinks, so must we
do the same without falter. At first they resented us, then they
hated us, but now as time has passed and our great plans are coming
to fruition, they see that we truly have humanity's best interests
at heart... and they obey.
